Southside Cinemas?

One thing we lack in the Southside is Cinema's. We once had lots of cinemas in the southside, now we only have the quay and it's not quite the same as the old ones.

We could really do with an independent cinema of our own. When I first moved to the Southside I was really excited by the Bollywood theatre in Cessnock /Kinning park, but that was knocked down last year.

I came across this website, it documents all the old Glasgow cinemas, and it's amazing how many there once were.
