God Bless Us, Every One!

The below event sounds like the perfect way to get into the Christmas Spirit, an evening of mulled wine, mince pies and mystery. No Christmas is complete without a visit to see some kind of show - be it a performance of Christmas songs, a showing of Its a Wonderful Life or a trip to the Panto.

Queens Park Baptist Church, Queens Park are putting on a reading of Charles Dickens "A Christmas Carol", performed in the atmospheric surrounds of the Crypt.

It might not have quite as illustrious a cast as the Muppet version but the reading by actor and storyteller Ian Watt should get the balance of eeriesness and Christmas joy, just about right.

Best thing of all the tickets are free and can be reserved on 0141 423 3962
7:30pm Queens Park Baptist Church, 20 Balvicar Drive, G42 8QS
