Urban Beauty - Pollokshaws Road
So on Saturday I tried out Urban Beauty on Pollokshaws Road, since it's been open - which is over a year - I've been meaning to drop in and check it out. Anyway I'd called on Friday and the first appoointment I could get was on Wednesday, but I was offered a place on their cancellation list. Well who ever had the 10am appointment had obviously been out the night before and had cancelled...result.
The interior of Urban beauty is really nice, it's quite small inside but well thought through and decorated. They have a large range of beauty and complementary therapy treatments including massage, skin treatment etc and all at reasonable prices,. I would recommend you try Urban Beauty the staff were lovely and really friendly and it's a nice and relaxing environment.
They are open late Wednesday to Friday.

I have to agree with the above review. There is a quite a few salons in Shawlands but Urban Beauty in my opinion is the best. Not a huge salon but really great staff, no hard sell and great treatments. Head and shoulders above the rest!!!

I've been raving about Urban Beauty for months, so it's great to find a place where I can leave a review.
Been having facials with the girls for well over a year now and my skin has never looked better. I use the Dermalogica products but only after being allowed to sample everything first, no hard sell with these girls.
Other things that set them apart from the norm - the heated beds, the duvet covers, the hot foot cleanse at beginning of facial, the head massage whilst your lash tint is developing and the general attitude of the staff. Go Urban Beauty!!
