Pakistani Cafe to re-open

Tomorrow evening the Pakistani Cafe on Pollokshaws re-opens, after several months of renovation works. As far as we can see the main counter has been removed freeing up more table space but the general decor has remained the same. If you've not been to the Cafe it really is worth a visit, the food is delicious and very reasonably priced.

That's excellent news! :) I've never been there myself, but hopefully one day I'll get around to going.

Hopefully the vandals / hatemongers will keep away this time as it seems every time I pass it they've got another broken window which really saddens me :(

Food was magic in there before so I hope its still the same. The owner is great, he just says what he thinks and doesn't bow down to pressure. I used to love the sign on the door explaining the list of people they didn't serve including nazis, thungs, racists and bullys.

I think unfortunetly, the owners enjoyment of not bowing away from conflict has made him and the shop the target of nutters.

Get in and get foor while they are open and you won't be disapointed.
