Ready Steady Grow Festival: Sunday 27 May

The inaugural Ready Steady Grow festival returns this Sunday from 1pm - 4.30pm at venues throughout Pollokshields. At Maxwell Park there will be tea and baking, Kid's Crafts and the community plant nursery will be opening at 3pm (bring plants to exchange). The New Victoria Gardens will be hosting their open day, pick up some plants at their plant sale, go on a guided tour of the allotments, stop for some tea and cake or take part in their Scarecrow making workshop.

There's a whole range of events happening at East Pollokshields Quad, Nan Mackay Memorial Hall, Leslie Street Green Spaces and the Hidden Gardens. Click here for more info
