Bungo in the Back Lanes 2012
Quite simply our favourite event of the year, the Bungo in the Back Lanes is thebest local community event with all the neighbours on the lanes opening up their gardens or setting up stalls to sell brick a brac, home baking, amazing bbqs, freash honey, keyboard playing tea gardens, bouncy castle and one memorable year a conker battle zone.
It really is a huge amont of fun and goes ahead regardeless of the weather. Please come along and support this great wee event. For more info on stalls to expect on the day and for more info check out the Bungo Blogs interactive map here.
For those wondering, yes there will be a beer tent this year and music from the GladCafe, La Roche Rumba. Now everyone, fingers crossed for sunshine.

A bear tent??? Won't that cause pandamoneum?
Whoops, I've fixed that typo. Though a Bear tent would be rather excellant, I think the license for such would be even harder to get out of Glasgo City Council than the beer license.

Anyone local is allowed to set up a stall. You could alwyas set up your own Bear tent?
