Queen's Park Arena Launch Event

On Saturday 6 October 2012 a free event will take place to launch the new Queen’s Park Arena, formally the old bandstand site.  The programme will feature a mixture of music, dance and drama reflecting the diverse cultures of the communities surrounding the park  The farmer’s market will be open and 2012 also marks the 150^th anniversary of Queen’s Park.  The programmes starts at 12 o clock and will run until 6.30pm.
